Physician Assistant – Wound Care

Scott Cooper received his PA degree from the University of Washington MEDEX program in 2011. His career has taken him from family practice to emergency medicine in both Oklahoma and remote Alaska. He earned his doctorate degree in medical science from the University of Lynchburg in 2022.

In 2022, he and his wife founded their private practice, Carter County Wound Care, a mobile wound care clinic with the intention of providing wound care services to patients with access issues. Due to the overwhelming demand for these services, the company quickly expanded and subsequently rebranded as Restorative Mobile Wound Care, serving all of Central and Eastern Oklahoma, Central and North-Central Arkansas and Northeast Texas.

Today, Scott sees wound care patients in his brand new facility in Ardmore, OK while his team of 12 practitioners deliver wound care services in patient homes across Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas. He also offers consulting services with several private wound care practices and he and his wife co-own two other private clinics in Texas, increasing efficiency and availability for patients across various states.
